We indicate the expected delivery time for each product. Production time can vary greatly depending on the product and type of finishing.

Current Guide Values including Delivery:

Golf Balls (Print)

  • Production: 3-4 weeks
  • Express approx. 2 weeks, but only available for Srixon balls.

Caps (Embroidery / Print)

  • Titleist Production: approx. 6 weeks
  • Wilson: tbd

Golf Tees (Print)

  • Production: approx. 3 weeks

Golf Umbrellas (Print)

  • Production: tbd

Apparel Polos (Embroidery / Print)

  • Abacus Production: approx. 3 weeks

Custom Made Items (Embroidery / Print)

  • Club Towels: 7-10 days
  • Headcover: 7-10 days
  • Hip Flask: approx. 5 days

 

Shipping

We ship from Switzerland and the EU – depending on the product, production partner, and recipient address.

Switzerland

  • Standard Shipping: 1–2 business days
  • Express: next business day (depending on product)

EU Area

  • Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days
  • Express: 2–3 business days

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are a flat rate of CHF 9.50.

    Tracking

    Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.

    This allows you to track your delivery at any time.

    One Order, Multiple Packages

    If you order several products, they may be delivered from different production sites.

    Therefore:

    • Multiple packages may arise
    • Partial deliveries may arrive earlier

    We will inform you transparently in the shipping confirmation.
