We produce all personalized products on-demand and work with vetted partners in Switzerland and the EU.

Production time may vary slightly depending on the product and type of finishing.

Current benchmarks (MVP phase):

Golf balls (print)

  • Production: 3–5 working days
  • Express option: 2 working days

Caps (embroidery / print)

  • Production: 5–7 working days
  • Express delivery possible depending on the print run.

Golf tees (print)

  • Production: 2–4 working days

Golf Umbrella (Print)

  • Production: 5–7 working days

Premium Golf Polos (Embroidery / Print)

  • Production: 7–10 working days
  • Larger quantities: available upon request

For team and tournament orders, production times may vary depending on the print run, colors, and finishing options. We always communicate the realistic delivery time in advance.

Shipping Times

We ship from Switzerland and the EU – depending on the product, production partner and recipient address.

Switzerland

  • Standard shipping: 1–2 business days
  • Express: next working day (depending on the product)

EU area

  • Standard shipping: 3–6 business days
  • Express: 2–3 working days

International deliveries

  • 5–12 working days
  • Express options available upon request

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout – depending on:

  • order quantity
  • Weight
  • Country of delivery
  • Shipping method (Standard vs. Express)

We can activate free shipping options for orders above a certain value (e.g., for club or team orders).

Order Tracking

Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.

This way you can track your delivery at any time.

Combined Orders (e.g., polos + balls)

If you order multiple products, they may be delivered from different production facilities.

Therefore:

  • Several packages are created.
  • Partial deliveries arrive earlier

We will inform you transparently in the shipping confirmation.
